You can purchase tickets online through our website for most Cedar events. Tickets for evening shows typically go off-sale at 5pm the day of the show, although there may still be tickets available for purchase in the lobby, when the doors open.

Your tickets will be available at Will Call on the night of the event, or can be sent to you in advance via email or your mobile phone.


Buy directly from The Cedar

Buy tickets in person from The Cedar during shows. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted (no service fees apply). We do not operate a box office outside of show times.


Gift Certificates

Due to the pandemic and our gift certificates’ high cost we are no longer offering them. Active gift cards are still valid, but we will no longer be selling new ones.


Ticket Policies

Children aged 5 to 12 and seniors over 65 are typically admitted at 20% off of the advance price (not available for advance purchase) of a Cedar presented show. Discounted admission is only available at the door and is subject to advance sell out. Children 4 years old and under are admitted free to most Cedar presented shows.

Students who have a current student ID may purchase one $10 rush ticket at the door of a Cedar presented show. The student rush ticket is only available at the door and is subject to advance sell out and availability.

All forms of payment are accepted at the door.

People of all ages are welcome to all events unless noted otherwise.

These admission policies reflect The Cedar’s belief that participation in arts and cultural programming should be a regular occurrence for people everywhere.


Ticket Refunds 

For canceled shows: tickets purchased over the phone through The Cedar and Eventbrite, in-person at The Cedar, or online through thecedar.org and eventbrite.com:

  1. Your tickets will be automatically refunded by Eventbrite. Check your email for refund and cancellation information.

If a show is rescheduled, consider the following:

  1. Your original ticket will be honored for the new rescheduled date.

  2. We understand that the rescheduled date might not work for everyone. We offer refunds for such circumstances for up to one month after the announce of the rescheduled date.

  3. Some shows are guaranteed to be rescheduled however an exact date cannot be confirmed too many months in advance. Again, if you purchased a ticket for the original date, it will be honored for the new date once it is confirmed. If you cannot make it, you will have one month from the announce of the rescheduled date to ask for a refund by emailing tickets@thecedar.org.
